Buying high-quality peptides is like buying a Wagyu steak. You must cook (administer) it correctly or it's ruined.

Reconstitution: "Making the sauce." Turning dry powder (lyophilized cake) into liquid by adding water.
Administration: "Serving the meal." Placing liquid where the body can use it (SubQ fat vs. IM muscle).

SCIENCE: Why Can't I Take a Pill?

Gastric Acid Destruction

Stomach acid (pH 1.5) breaks the delicate peptide bonds instantly. It becomes expensive protein powder.

Exception: BPC-157 Arg-Salt (stable in gastric juice).

Absorption Kinetics

SubQ (Fat): Slow release (hours). Ideal for GLP-1 and Healing peptides.

IM (Muscle): Fast entry. Required for oil-based hormones (TRT).

PRACTICAL: The Reconstitution Math

The Scenario

Goal: Extract 250mcg dose from a 5mg vial.

Step 1

The Mixer

Draw 2ml Bacteriostatic Water (large syringe).

Step 2

The Mix

Inject water slowly into vial. Do not shake. Swirl gently until clear.

Step 3

The Math

5mg = 5000mcg

5000mcg / 200 units (2ml) = 25mcg per unit

Target: 10 Units (250mcg)

📝 IMPLEMENTATION: The First Injection Checklist

Phase 1: Drawing

Wipe vial top with alcohol. Wait 10s.
Pull plunger to "10" (Air).
Inject Air into vial (Equalize pressure).
Flip upside down. Draw Liquid to "10".

Phase 2: Injecting

Wipe belly skin. Wait 10s.
Pinch the fat. Dart motion in.
Release pinch. Push plunger slow (5s).
Wait 5s. Withdraw. Disposal in Sharps.

⚠️ SAFETY: The Red Box

Cloudy Water: If solution is cloudy after 10 mins, THROW IT AWAY.

ISR (Reaction): Red welt is normal (histamine). Hot spreading pus is NOT normal (Infection).

Recapping: NEVER recap a used needle. Drop directly in sharps bin.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I hit a vein! There is blood. Am I going to die?

A: No. You nicked a capillary (tiny blood vessel). SubQ injections are nowhere near major veins. Apply pressure for 60 seconds. You may bruise, but you are safe.

Q: Does the "Air Bubble" matter?

A: In a SubQ injection? No. A tiny bubble of air injected into fat is harmless. It is only dangerous in IV (Direct to vein) injections of large volume.

Q: Why does my BPC-157 burn?

A: Some peptides usually burn slightly (BPC, GHK-Cu, Glutathione). Letting the alcohol dry completely on the skin before injecting helps reduce the sting.

Practical Problems & Solutions

Problem: Coreing

Rubber chunks in vial

Cause: Stabbing the needle into the exact same spot on the rubber stopper every time.

Fix: Rotate your entry point on the stopper. Insert needle at a slight angle.

Problem: The "Bleeder"

Blood streaming down belly

Scenario: You pull the needle out and blood streams down your belly.

Fix: You passed through a vessel. It looks scary but stops in 2 minutes. Apply pressure. Do not rub.
